About the role
- Lead and manage key deployment domains within EHR system implementation
- Drive planning, execution, coordination, and oversight for deployment activities
- Serve as the primary contact for workstream collaboration
- Oversee all phases of deployment from pre-deployment to post-deployment optimization
- Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements
- Identify and resolve risks and issues impacting deployment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in electronic health records (EHR)
- 3+ years of direct project management experience in EHR activities
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare delivery environments
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and pass a government background screening process
