About the role
- Provides operational leadership, oversight, and technical expertise for distribution systems design and implementation.
- Develop and allocate a team of subordinate technical distributions systems engineers.
- Coordinate with Government Points of Contact (POCs) for project access and completion.
- Assist the Program Team with stakeholder communications.
- Provide input into risk tracking and ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position.
- 5+ years' experience managing various aspects of enterprise IT as a service projects in the DoD environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual teaming environment.
- Thorough understanding of Wired, Wireless, and RF networking and general IT functions.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, documents and governmental regulations.
- Strong commitment to a team environment and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- DoD Secret Level Clearance required.
