Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems or similar required
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills on large teams with dynamic engagement of team members
- Excellent ability to clearly articulate and document stakeholder needs
- Ability to prepare & maintain technical documentation for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development
- Robust ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent facilitation skills with large groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with high-level of curiosity and inquisitiveness
- Overarching understanding of systems interfaces and technical aspects
- Scrum & agile experience; iterative deliverable releases
