About the role

  • Contribute to some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects
  • Play a crucial role in the Desktop Engineering Team
  • Support Tier 2/3 desktop support incidents and problems
  • Collaborate with other contractors and the broader GDIT team
  • Drive end-point device stability and test software
  • Utilize tools like MECM, PXE, Microsoft Intune to support enterprise Windows 11 endpoints

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Desktop Computers, Laptops, Operating Systems (OS), Peripheral Devices, Troubleshooting skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline or a minimum of 4 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
  • US citizenship required
