About the role
- Contribute to some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects
- Play a crucial role in the Desktop Engineering Team
- Support Tier 2/3 desktop support incidents and problems
- Collaborate with other contractors and the broader GDIT team
- Drive end-point device stability and test software
- Utilize tools like MECM, PXE, Microsoft Intune to support enterprise Windows 11 endpoints
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Desktop Computers, Laptops, Operating Systems (OS), Peripheral Devices, Troubleshooting skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline or a minimum of 4 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- US citizenship required
