About the role
- Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program travel.
- Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Financial Reports.
- Provide project support to federal leadership/project managers and the GDIT team to ensure that contracts are well organized and running smoothly, including coordinating information and deadlines across projects, managing document repositories, assisting in developing project artifacts, and being a trusted resource to the GDIT team.
- Provide program support within multiple Information technology systems.
- Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirement.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications.
- Extract or compile data from supporting management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports.
- Provide detailed orientated reconciliation of program travel invoicing, backups, and client invoicing.
- Work closely with program finance, events, task order managers, and subcontractor representatives to ensure program travel requirements and compliance are within scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects including performance reporting and system setup.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Extensive understanding of Concur expense and Kofax Markview systems.
- Oracle Finance system is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.
- 5+ years of relevant analyst experience.
- Oracle Financial application experience is highly recommended.
- Experience supporting federal contract program manager.
- Task management experience and/or skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program.
