About the role

  • Provide Desktop Support Services to Department of State offices
  • Manage allocation, workflow, and resolution of service request tickets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support with hardware and software
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • US Citizenship required
