About the role
- Provide Desktop Support Services to Department of State offices
- Manage allocation, workflow, and resolution of service request tickets
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
- Support planning, installation, and security of new facilities
- Document and escalate unresolved issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support with hardware and software
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- US Citizenship required
