Develop and operationalize advanced analytics and machine learning models to identify insider threats
Lead/Manage/Support: architecture, integration, and ongoing performance of insider threat platforms and engineering tools
Collaborate with stakeholder groups to align detection strategies with mission priorities
Oversee system design and data integration across platforms and case management systems
Ensure all technical systems supporting insider threat operations are robust and lead automation efforts
Utilize User Behavior Analytics deterrence, detection, and monitoring in a diverse operational environment
Expertise in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques, development of intelligence products, data mining, predictive and prescriptive analytics, link analysis, network analytics, text mining.

Requirements

15+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or Master’s (preferred)
Technical skills: CISSP, CCITP
Ability to perform machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis methods such as classification, collaborative filtering, association rules, topic modeling, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation methods
US citizenship required.
