  • Our work depends on a Salesforce Developer joining our team to support CMS activities. This position is 100% remote with work schedules based on EST. Visa sponsorship not provided.
  • You will develop on Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), JavaScript, and other tools.
  • Maintain fluency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL; deliver Salesforce Platform solutions across multiple Orgs.
  • Participate in full life cycle: design, development, testing, deployment; conduct unit/security tests.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Development Manager, BAs, CMS, and Agile teams to solve policy and system integration.
  • Contribute to Agile sprint work; deliver and monitor applications.
  • Proactively improve development practices, standardization, and upgrades.
  • Ensure collaboration across management and staff.
  • CMS Public Trust clearance required; candidate resided in US 3 of last 5 years; 100% remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Valid Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • 8+ years of hands-on programming / custom coding experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience with SLDS, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, SOQL, SOSL and declarative platform tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder)
  • 3+ years in Lightning, data modeling, integration, and data migration
  • Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience
  • Experience with SFDC IDE and version control configurations (Github, BitBucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX)
  • Resided in the U.S. 3 out of the last 5 years
  • Willing and able to obtain CMS Public Trust clearance
