About the role
- Serve as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects
- Partner with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams
- Lead efforts to optimize workflows, integrate third-party systems, and resolve technical challenges
- Apply expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and modern development tools to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) for integrations and data synchronization
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization
- Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management solutions
- Skilled in data modeling, schema design, and managing large datasets using Data Loader, SOQL, and SOSL
- Expertise in Salesforce deployment practices
- Experience using Visual Studio Code for Salesforce development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or related work experience (4+ years)
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I , Salesforce Platform App Builder , Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
