Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components as necessary.
Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Hardware sizing, Landscape Architecture and Storage planning
Planning and scheduling RHEL server upgrade/migration and Servers downtime
Planning and scheduling Physical 2 Virtual (P2V) migration.
Installing and upgrading Atlassian Tools (Jira/Bitbucket/Confluence and Bamboo) Atlassian tools system migration and Database migration to PostgreSQL database
Creating, updating, and organizing technical documentation and knowledge base for the team and other departments.

Requirements

3+ years of related experience in professional IT
BA/BS or equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred
Red Hat Enterprise Linux certification or similar.
Experienced in administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
Familiarity with SQL PostgreSQL, and Mongo database operations.
Familiarity Atlassian product suite and its operations.
Previous experience with Intellj, Postman, VSCode, Node and ChemSketch
Familiarity with Docker container operations
Familiarity with application using event monitoring and alerting tool to maintain server uptime, log capturing and security events.
