Lead the design, planning, and execution of modernization initiatives across various systems
Develop and implement end-to-end design processes
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to achieve modernization objectives
Communicate modernization goals, project updates, and challenges to stakeholders
Ensure designs adhere to applicable industry standards and compliance requirements
Develop KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of design initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with expertise in process optimization, systems design, or infrastructure upgrades
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications preferred
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
