About the role
- Manage a team of instructional designers and training coordinators
- Develop and administer training schedule and materials
- Identify training needs by working with program managers
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments
- Develop communication and training plans
- Measure effectiveness of training and make improvements
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to address challenges
Requirements
- 9+ years of related experience
- BA/BS degree (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of progressive training development experience
- 2+ years leading a team of training/instructional delivery professionals
- Expertise in process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance level
- Louisiana residency
