💰 $70,658 - $75,900 per year
About the role
- Prepare and submit invoices for government and commercial customers in compliance with contractual and FAR regulations
- Review contract documents for information or changes related to invoicing
- Maintain and update billing folders in accordance with established guidelines
- Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyze revenue reports during invoicing process to understand and communicate unbilled balances
- Reconcile unbilled balances, including booked to billed analysis per applicable invoice
- Assist with the collection process
- Participate in special projects, as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience
- In lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience is required
- Experience supporting general accounting functions
- Billing experience is required
- Proficiency with computer use including relevant software applications (MS Outlook and Office, Excel)
- Problem solving, analytical, and excel skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a US Person
