Oversee all aspects of the Technical Support task area including leading and managing various teams
Analyze project related issues and create innovative and collaborative solutions
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts
Collect and organize governmental guidance and requirements
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the client
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes
Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and audit findings

Requirements

15+ years of related experience
Master's or Law Degree in a related field
5 years of experience handling sensitive data sources and distribution containing personally identifiable information related to a Federal system
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate complex security concepts
Proficiency or familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable
