Lead end-to-end project management for enclave development, ATO, operations, workstreams
Ensure the enclave reliably supports storage, analysis, and sharing of datasets
Develop and maintain plans and schedules for enclave build-out, onboarding, ATO, and operations
Coordinate with enclave engineers and security to deliver compliance requirements
Manage day-to-day project operations, tracking costs, progress, risks, and issues
Serve as a primary liaison with data linkage, program operations, and PPRL teams
Organize and run meetings, drive agendas, decisions, and address actions
Monitor project performance using dashboards and metrics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
PMI PMP Project Management certification
Demonstrated experience managing projects in IT, cloud, or health data
Strong understanding of project management practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Experience working with federal security and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with performance/security monitoring, dashboards, and cost-optimization practices
Excellent organizational skills
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
At least 5 years of project management experience supporting federal agencies, research organizations, or IT programs
