About the role
- Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery for a federal data access and linkage initiative
- Lead project management for data linkage operations workstreams
- Coordinate communications, training, and metrics/reporting
- Develop and maintain plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets
- Manage day-to-day data linkage operations projects
- Serve as a primary liaison for data linkage operations
- Organize and facilitate data linkage operations meetings
- Monitor operational performance and drive improvement actions
- Support governance and DUA-related workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (public health, health services research, information systems, project management, or public administration)
- 5+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience managing projects in federal research, health, or health research environments
- Strong understanding of project management practices (scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder management)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with federal data access, privacy, or governance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher authorization to work in the United States
- Travel at 10–25% primarily in the DC Metro area
