About the role
- Provide overall direction of project portfolio
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with the customer's organization
- Lead by using judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers
- Effectively balance ownership and holding partner teams to high standards of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Fifteen (15) years of program management experience for comparable Infrastructure, Network and Security Services programs
- At least ten (10) years of specialized experience in project development from inception to deployment
- Certified PMP (Active certification required)
- Experience managing subcontractors including development of SOWs and financial oversight
