About the role
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Jest
- Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to generate and optimize test cases and automation scripts
- Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify and fix defects
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
- Perform manual testing where necessary to validate user stories
- Document and report test results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong emphasis on test automation
- Experience with AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS) and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Jest
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred but not required
