About the role
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and healthcare regulations
- Work with multiple teams to document business requirements for healthcare-related marketing initiatives
- Lead onboarding of new users and sites/facilities to the system applications
- Evaluate effectiveness of healthcare campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing plans in adherence to government healthcare policies
- Train the user population, including end users, liaison staff, and supervisors on the current applications
- Maintain relevance of training materials
- Facilitate communication and support for office hours, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users
- Assist in promoting user adoption and engagement by ensuring coordination between various teams
- Collaborate with data analysts to extract insights to support evidence-based decisions
- Participate in special projects as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Health IT, EHR systems, and Meaningful Use
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, government projects, and marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of Agile processes
- Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team
