About the role

  • Assist in researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide or customer systems
  • Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • Test, diagnose, and fix incidents
  • Participate in large system and subsystem planning
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
  • Support the completion of technical tasks
  • Coordinate for new products, software, upgrades, and equipment

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline
  • Ability to actively collaborate with others
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Familiarity with IT systems and proficiency in various programming languages
  • Understanding of software development best practices
