About the role
- Assist in researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide or customer systems
- Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Test, diagnose, and fix incidents
- Participate in large system and subsystem planning
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
- Support the completion of technical tasks
- Coordinate for new products, software, upgrades, and equipment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline
- Ability to actively collaborate with others
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Familiarity with IT systems and proficiency in various programming languages
- Understanding of software development best practices
