About the role
- Design, implementation and maintenance of physical systems including servers, storage arrays, network devices and data centers
- Install, configure and maintain virtual hosts, operating systems, applications and databases
- Document IT infrastructure standards, processes and procedures
- Schedule and coordinate infrastructure maintenance outages
- Provide periodic status updates on scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoots hardware, network, software and application issues
- Provide Tier 3 support as needed
- Manage Development server environment and Monitor SCOM Alerts
- Handle Ad-hoc requests from EIM teams and Coordinate with SDP via IssueTrak tickets
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance
- 6+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Experience managing Windows Servers/VMs at a datacenter
- Knowledge managing G2 systems in the SDP data center
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - CompTIA Security+ CE
- BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT related degree
