About the role
- Lead the end-to-end integration of BMC Remedy with the ServiceNow platform
- Architect scalable and high-performance ServiceNow implementations
- Serve as the technical advisor for implementations, resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop migration roadmaps
- Maintain and manage the CMDB and guide the architecture for ITOM tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows
- Provide technical guidance to team members and participate in code reviews
- Support business growth by contributing to proposal sections and estimates
- Grow junior talent through mentoring and technical reviews
- Author, review, and lead IT-related process reviews
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
- Proven experience integrating BMC Remedy and/or Helix with ServiceNow
- Deep experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, and web services
- In-depth understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language – preferably JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles
- Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or ability to obtain within 30 days
