About the role
- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences
- Blend creativity with technical expertise to design and implement responsive websites
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs

Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Proficiency in design tools Front End HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in a framework like React, Vue, or Angular
- Fluency in at least one server-side language, such as Python, Node.js, Java, or others
- Understanding how to build and consume APIs, including knowledge of REST and HTTP
- Experience with web servers like Nginx or Apache
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
