About the role
- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with visibility into claims processing
- Be the technical lead for a digitization contract software platform
- Understand program processes and maintain priorities with the development team
- Interact with government stakeholders to discuss challenges and grow the platform
- Lead a team of dedicated technical resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related scientific/technical discipline
- 12+ years of experience
- 4+ years of experience leading technical efforts
- 2+ years of experience in solution architecture
- Understanding of Agile & Lean principles
- Critical thinking skills for operational issue resolution
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
