About the role

Perform or review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance with IA standards
Support senior ISSOs in implementing information systems security policies, standards and methodologies
Develop and maintain A&A documentation per DISA/DoD
Develop system security policy and ensure compliance
Evaluate security solutions for processing classified information
Maintain operational security posture for information systems
Develop and update BoE, SSP, and other IA documentation
Assist with management of security aspects of information systems and daily security operations
Provide A&A support, RMF compliance, and continuous monitoring
Ensure familiarity with DoD SOP for cyber security risk management

Active DoD Secret Clearance
DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I - CAP, GSCL or Security+ CE certification
Bachelor of Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
8 years of related experience
Experience in developing and reviewing Authorization packages and artifacts
Experience evaluating security solutions for processing classified information
Expert knowledge of Cloud cybersecurity principles and DoD RMF, FISMA, etc.
Experience with ACAS, STIGs, HBSS
Experience with Azure Cloud services and cybersecurity requirements
Expertise in cyber security programs, policies, and implementation for DoD/CC/S/As
Familiarity with DoD and DISA SOP for cyber security and risk management
Experience with DISA eMASS and A&A activities; maintaining BoE, SSP, and IA documentation
Prior DoD experience; DISA or similar agency preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
