Machine Learning Engineer

• Work with data engineers, machine learning engineers and data scientists to create AI functionality into existing applications
• Maintain those systems to make sure that everything is running smoothly
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of conversational ai/agentic functionalities, including conversation flows, knowledge base integration, and natural language understanding (NLU) components
• Write clean, efficient, and well documented code in accordance with coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to the development of custom integrations between conversational AI and other enterprise systems
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
• Work with large language models (LLMs) to fine-tune prompts and improve agent performance
• Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in AI, agentic systems, and natural language processing
• Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
