About the role
- Produce data extracts and cleaning scripts
- Perform data quality on data pipelines
- Develop and document Python, R, or SQL programs, views, and databases
- Maintain requisite knowledge for managing and analyzing large data sets using Python, SQL, or R coding language
- Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for data preparation, automation and style guidelines for visualizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 4 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience managing and analyzing large data sets using Python, SQL, or R coding language
- Experience with specific data analysis tools: Python, R, SQL
- Public health and/or CDC experience required along with Palantir/DCIPHER experience
