Support the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Unified Case Management (UCM)
Review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain environmental databases
Use database management concepts, storage and query/retrieval methods, statistical analyses, and programming languages to perform analyses, develop plans and recommendations, and prepare required level of documentation
Comply with project specifications, including format and content of input/output data and functions to be performed by computer programs
Prepare clear and accurate tables, data plots, maps and other graphics
Requirements
BA/BS in a Computer Science or related technical discipline
4+ years experience
Experience with building and maintaining ETL pipelines while using AWS, Snowflake and PostgresSQL
Experience with implementing automated data validation
Experience creating dashboards and automating pipelines for reporting
Good customer service and communication skills
Must have good problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a CMS environment with Medicare/Medicaid claims and associated data
Experience with the Agile framework
