About the role
- Overseeing and executing payroll processes for Latin American operations
- Ensuring compliance with regional regulations
- Providing insights and support to the global payroll team
- Manage and administer assigned countries foreign payrolls
- Coordinate enterprise schedules with points-of-contact, vendors, and AP-Treasury
- Review and approve foreign payrolls from vendors
- Generate reports for internal and external use
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar discipline
- 3+ years payroll experience
- 1+ years relevant experience in non-U.S. payroll with a strong preference for Mexico or Colombia
- Fluency in business-oriented Spanish
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Required Technical Skills: MS Office with strong Excel skills, HRIS systems, Payroll Systems
- Preferred Skills: ShareFile and other records and collaboration systems, change management project experience
