About the role
- Provide on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation, and sales support of Generac industrial products
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and make independent decisions
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 – 3 years related mechanical experience and completion of Electrical/Electronic or HVAC program
- Understanding of components and operation of an electrical distribution system
- Experience in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology
- Knowledge of power generation; light tower, pumps, and heating products
