Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a deep understanding of installers, service technicians, and our internal service organization
Identify gaps in their workflows, both external and internal, and bring ambitious solutions to the table
Set the multi-quarter vision for our dealer experience portfolio across solar, storage, and home standby
Drive alignment and earn executive buy-in through compelling communication, clear trade-offs, and decisions that close rather than linger
Prototype with AI tools, partner with engineering, design, and functional leaders to shape the solution as it's being built
Run pilots with real dealers, watch what they do, and iterate fast
Drive relentlessly toward the result you committed to, not the feature you scoped

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience with mobile/web applications
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives that required alignment across multiple business units or executive stakeholders, and shipping products that depend on hardware or firmware releases.
