About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the product strategy across devices and services
- Lead complex, cross-cutting initiatives that span device development and service growth
- Define how device capabilities translate into differentiated service experiences and customer value propositions
- Drive end-to-end product development across hardware and services
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
- Establish and own key success metrics across the funnel
- Lead customer discovery across both physical and digital experiences
- Influence broader portfolio and platform decisions
- Act as a senior leader within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years of product management experience
- Strong experience in hardware/device products
- Meaningful exposure to services, subscriptions, or ecosystems
- Strong customer and market instincts
- Technical credibility
- Proven track record of shipping complex products
- Deep understanding of device development lifecycle
- Experience defining and optimizing growth funnels
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly analytical and structured thinker
- Passion for building customer-centric products
