About the role
- Develop and lead comprehensive sales and channel strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with high-potential dealers.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key dealer partners.
- Coach and enable dealer sales teams through training and performance optimization initiatives.
- Leverage market analytics to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights for senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance teams.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years account management and/or business planning experience
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, assessing dealer performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in delivering impactful product and sales training to dealer teams
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
