About the role
- Directing and managing the Global Operations capital and operational budget
- Facilitating sound business decisions regarding global facility expansions, product line transfers, and operational analysis
- Evaluating Return on Investment (ROI) for specific programs and/or projects
- Providing direction and support to key business partners
- Reviewing requests for capital spending and providing input for capital expenditures
- Managing standardization of visual management, and global operational processes and costing structures
- Proactively directing the annual operating and capital budgeting process including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget
- Coordinating and overseeing the development of financial operations business plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years’ broad financial experience
- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting
- Previous experience with SAP or equivalent ERP
- Cost accounting experience
- Multi-national manufacturing experience
- Experience with total cost of ownership modeling, make versus buy, vertical integration
