About the role
- Design mobile experiences that integrate with connected systems and physical products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to define requirements, explore design options, and ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Apply a systems-thinking approach to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design direction and validate solutions.
- Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and advocate for consistent, scalable design patterns.
- Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in product planning conversations and contribute to roadmap prioritization through the lens of user experience.
- Provide feedback to peers and support junior designers through informal mentorship.
- Champion a user-centered mindset within cross-functional teams and help shape design best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products for mobile and web applications.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft, thoughtful problem-solving, and shipped work at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles
- Ability to analyze user research and apply insights to improve product experiences
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality design work
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
