About the role
- gener8tor’s turnkey platform for the creative economy connects startups, entrepreneurs, artists, investors, universities and corporations.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content that aligns with brand and marketing goals for website, social, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with Director of Design and Marketing, VP of Business Development, product line leaders, and startups to deliver video projects.
- Create promotional videos, interviews, event recaps, and social media clips; manage post-production tasks including sound, color correction, and graphics integration.
- Organize and maintain video assets; manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; stay updated on video trends and tools.
Requirements
- Proficient English – Level C1–C2.
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and production.
- Portfolio of video projects used in successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic overlays (a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media, design, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with photography or audio production (a plus).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter.
- Commitment to equity across race, place, and gender.
