About the role
- Oversee all the financial activities of the company to ensure it remains in strong financial standing.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the medical devices sector.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Manage the company cashflow and forecast.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with Corporate, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial admin and Operation management.
- Proven experience in administrative and operational roles.
- Proven management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the financial health of the company.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements.
