About the role
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social, sales enablement, and event materials.
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all deliverables to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adapt creative direction into multiple formats while maintaining visual integrity.
- Develop templates and repeatable design systems to support scalable marketing execution.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, events, and marketing content.
- Develop shot lists, production plans, and asset requirements aligned to campaign objectives.
- Execute in-house photography and videography, including lighting, composition, and camera setup.
- Edit and retouch photography and video assets for use across marketing channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual production, preferably in an in-house marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and video work across channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing photo and video shoots.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, lighting, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently while executing against creative briefs and timelines.
