Identify key metrics of value from complex business operations
Calculates ROI and measures impact of work for commercial initiatives
Report and provide insight to enable decision-making and strategic planning of the commercial team
Design and implement visualization and dashboards that promote self-service and track key metrics in support of the commercial objectives
Work with technical and non-technical team members to understand business processes and source the data necessary for key metrics
Write SQL queries and join logic to support the commercial data needs and sales performance
Assists with training of analytics tools

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
2-5 years of experience supporting a commercial organization with a sales team of 50+ reps
Ability to maintain professional accuracy and deadlines
Experience with New York State-licensed laboratory preferred
