About the role

  • Align with Sr. RSMs in the field: Collaborate closely with Sr. RSMs in your assigned regions to understand channel needs and align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Support in the Enterprise: Provide sales support for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement, as needed.
  • Support the Management of Reseller Accounts: Assist the Regional Sales Managers with specific channel accounts, driving sales activities and ensuring targets are set and met.
  • Build an operating model with Sr. RSMs for day-to-day interactions: Develop and implement an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with Sr. RSMs to streamline communication and coordination.
  • Manage opportunities and provide forecasts: Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Closing Opportunities: Drive the closing process for sales opportunities, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to secure deals.
  • Quoting Opportunities: Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to resale partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
