About the role

  • Responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with a broad spectrum of cross-industry clients.
  • Working closely with the Team Leaders and Senior Management to identify prospective client company prospects.
  • Develop new business opportunities that support our Company's overall growth strategy.
  • Target Senior Level Hiring Managers and Human Resources leaders actively promoting our Executive Recruiting and Recruitment Services.
  • Achieve set sales goals by signing up new clients seeking our services.
  • Maintains a sales database within CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business.
  • 5+ years documented success in B2B Sales.
  • We highly prefer recruitment or staffing industry experience.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Ability to research and create calling lists.
  • An understanding of finance, and business financial documents.
  • Strong ethics and professionalism.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Persistent and Driven.
  • Competitive desire and hunger for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
