Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create commercialization strategies for new and existing Employee Benefits solutions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with product capabilities, customer needs, and market needs
  • Define launch objectives, success metrics, timelines, and commercialization plans
  • Build repeatable go-to-market processes across multiple products
  • Champion AI tools and emerging technologies across market research, competitive intelligence, messaging, launch planning, content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign personalization
  • Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer value
  • Create messaging frameworks for employers, brokers, consultants, and sales teams
  • Develop and own thought leadership strategy for Employee Benefits, Financial Wellness, and Cyber Safety
  • Support white papers, articles, webinars, and other insight-driven content
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product subject matter experts to create compelling narratives
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar supporting launches, sales cycles, and demand generation campaigns
  • Serve as marketing lead for new product launches
  • Partner with Product Management throughout product development
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Demand Generation, Creative, Communications, Customer Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Drive stakeholder alignment while balancing competing priorities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
  • Gather feedback from Sales, brokers, employers, and customers
  • Identify market opportunities supporting future product innovation
  • Define launch plans and integrated marketing strategies
  • Partner with Demand Generation on campaign strategy and Customer Marketing on lifecycle experiences
  • Ensure launch activities remain aligned throughout the customer journey
  • Measure launch performance against KPIs
  • Analyze adoption, pipeline, engagement, and customer feedback
  • Recommend performance-based optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience leading product launches
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working with Product Management and Sales organizations
