About the role
- Analyze customer and platform data to uncover trends and insights.
- Work with Jupyter notebooks and experiment with machine learning models.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support internal users.
- Set up A/B tests and help others follow experimentation best practices.
- Showcase new features through hackathons, workshops, and demos.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance the platform.
- Support in-product messaging campaigns and contribute to their coding setup.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with data science and basic machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Jupyter Notebooks (or similar).
- Familiarity with Marketing Technologies or Customer Success Management is a plus.
- Basic coding skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) are a plus.
