About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, work closely with the EMEA Strategic Partnership Sales team
  • Support growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while contributing to broader European initiatives
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and product activation across strategic DACH partnerships
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to senior stakeholders within telecommunications and financial service partners
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives including onboarding, training, messaging alignment, and campaign toolkits
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and translate insights into optimization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA Strategic Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing strategic accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably within telecommunications or financial services
  • Proven experience working with large strategic partners in a B2B2C environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives without regular oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Native-level German and strong English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel within DACH and Europe as required
