About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics.

- Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and effective communication of product vision and progress.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
- Experience with retail-focused products.
- Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics.
- Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines.
- Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
