About the role
- Own and optimise day-to-day IT operations across macOS endpoints, identity, security, and core SaaS platforms
- Drive IT security and assurance by integrating security telemetry, monitoring compliance and identity posture, and validating controls across the environment
- Deliver high-quality IT service and user support, resolving issues efficiently while managing recurring operational tasks
- Contribute to IT strategy and roadmap development, delivering well-managed improvements aligned to business growth and priorities
Requirements
- Expertise in managing Apple endpoint estates at scale
- Hands on experience of Okta, including lifecycle management
- Configuration and administration of Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Management of VPN solutions (we use NordLayer!)
- Ability to design, operate, and improve IT operating procedures
