About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists management with the hiring process.
- Coordinates candidate interviews, scheduling candidate travel and onboarding process.
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Tracks requisitions and candidates, new employee orientation, and managing candidate relationships.
- Performs general personnel/clerical tasks and support areas such as employee records, benefits, staffing, and compensation.
- Maintains accurate employee data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), and employee's official Human Resources (HR) records.
- Effectively interface with individuals of all levels of the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a United States (U.S.) citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
- Must have prior experience coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling candidate travel, and onboarding process.
- Must be proficient with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and SAP data processing.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must be well organized and be a multi-tasker.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
