About the role
- Provide subject-matter leadership and further develop the team's billing processes
- Maintain, support, and further develop billing processes in SAP IS‑U
- Prepare and generate annual tariff customer billings for electricity, gas, as well as heating, water, and wastewater
- Process and monitor error logs and create invoice corrections
- Execute the annual consumption billing for service customers
- Build and maintain billing-related master data
- Perform system tests in SAP IS‑U and contribute to project work
Requirements
- University degree in economics/business administration preferred, or completed commercial vocational training
- Strong process understanding and enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing processes
- Experience with billing in SAP IS‑U
- Confident communication when interacting with customers and market partners
- Good knowledge of energy industry regulations
- IT affinity; EDIFACT knowledge is an advantage
