About the role
- Provide subject-matter leadership and continuous development of billing processes within the team
- Maintain, support and further develop billing processes in SAP IS-U
- Prepare and produce the annual tariff customer billing for the segments electricity, gas (market roles: sales and grid), as well as heat, water and wastewater
- Process and monitor error logs and create invoice corrections
- Execute the annual consumption billing for service customers
- Set up and maintain billing master data
- Perform system tests in SAP IS-U and contribute to project work
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration preferred, or completed commercial vocational training
- Strong process understanding and enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing and implementing processes
- Experience in billing with SAP IS-U
- Confident communication in interactions with customers and market partners
- Good knowledge of energy industry regulations
- IT affinity; EDIFACT/EDI knowledge is an advantage
