About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the business focal point for the TOTVS Datasul system, ensuring support and evolution of solutions;
  • Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, translating needs into functional solutions;
  • Coordinate and monitor system projects and improvements, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met;
  • Support and optimize processes in the areas of Tax, Purchasing, Sales, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Receiving;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and process standardization;
  • Collaborate with users, IT teams and vendors to ensure effective delivery of solutions;
  • Ensure the quality, traceability and compliance of solutions with company policies and processes;
  • Keep functional and technical documentation up to date.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Analysis, Process Management or Digital Transformation is desirable;
  • Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS Datasul;
  • Knowledge of process mapping and process improvement;
  • Good communication skills, analytical profile and ability to build relationships with business areas;
  • Technical English.
