Coordinate, guide and develop the Purchasing team, ensuring operational efficiency, alignment with market best practices, and a focus on securing the best commercial terms.
Continuously support and train the team, promoting the technical and behavioral development of the department’s professionals.
Ensure the fulfillment of established deadlines and targets, contributing to the company’s business results.
Foster a collaborative, positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team engagement and commitment.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
Recognize and reward team performance, promoting a high-performance culture and contributing to talent retention.
Act as a point of reference for the team, strengthening organizational culture and supporting the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
Market relationship management and market analysis/reporting will be part of this role’s strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams.
Strong background in raw materials purchasing, including market study, mapping and relationship management.
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related fields.
Advanced English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
Organized and autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous demands.
Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative and improvement-focused profile.
Advanced Excel.
PowerPoint.
Power BI experience is a plus.
